Add a heaping teaspoon of the mouthwash to 1/8 litre of water, stir well and then allow Bentoforte to steep for a few minutes. Stir the solution again before rinsing your mouth and gargling. Spit out the potentially foul smelling products of decomposition and then repeat the process until the glass is empty. Occasionally also swallow the Bentoforte after gargling – half of the drink – in order to also fight the bad breath caused coming from the digestive system.

A 3 week treatment is best; repeat the above procedure every day in the morning and evening. For especially stubborn cases, feel free to follow up with another 3 week treatment after taking a week off. As a preventative measure, we recommend that you continue to use the fangocur Bentoforte 2 or 3 times per week.
