§ 1 Payment and Delivery
For orders of £43 or more, we will cover the cost of shipping and handling. Payment is possible via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer for orders under £120 - if paying by bank transfer, payment is required within 7 days of receipt of your order. For orders of £120 or more credit card, payment via PayPal or COD (cash on delivery) are possible.

§ 2 Terms of Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 (2 pm) will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following business day.

§ 3 Product Life
Although our products contain no chemical preservatives, fangocur GmbH guarantees the quality of the products for 24 months from the date of delivery.

§ 4 Rights of Ownership
All products delivered remain the property of fangocur GmbH until all obligations have been met by the purchaser, including the timely transfer of payment.

§ 5 Returns
The customer has the right to return products ordered within 2 weeks of receipt. No reason need be given, though only unopened products may be returned. Package the product along with your contact information and send to: fangocur GmbH, Brunn 105b, 8350 Fehring, Austria. The customer is responsible for the all fees related to return shipment.

§ 6 Liability
fangocur GmbH is liable for damages caused by any deliberate acts or gross negligence which are determined to be the responsibility of fangocur GmbH. The amount of the liablity is to be determined and paid by the liability insurance carrier selected by fangocur GmbH.
